Candidates are expected to demonstrate accurate recall of core administration terminology, hands-on fluency with object/page configuration, Flow-based automation, and reporting/data management, and a working understanding of when and how to responsibly enable AI agents using Agentforce. This is an original practice examination developed for learning, revision, preparation, and self-assessment purposes. It is not an official Salesforce examination paper unless explicitly authorised by the exam owner, and it does not reproduce official Salesforce exam questions. Note on currency: This exam was significantly refreshed effective December 15, 2025 , officially announced by Salesforce on January 22, 2026. The certification was also renamed from "Salesforce Certified Administrator" to "Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator." The refresh rebalanced domain weighting toward Data and Analytics Management (now the single largest domain) and introduced an entirely new Agentforce domain covering AI agent capabilities, security, and Agent Builder — reflecting the platform's shift toward AI-driven workflows. This syllabus is built entirely from the confirmed, current post-refresh blueprint, not the older, now-superseded weighting.
